Anglican Communion Office seeks Director for Theological Education

The Anglican Consultative Council is seeking to appoint a Director for Theological Education across the Anglican Communion, based in London, to help build capacity for the delivery of good quality theological education for the whole people of God across the Anglican Communion.

Theological resources on persecution published for ACC-16

A draft report detailing theological resources for times of persecution has been published by the Anglican Inter Faith Network. The document, “Out of the Depths – Hope in a time of suffering” is “an Anglican contribution to ecumenical engagement” and will be discussed during next month’s meeting of the Anglican Consultative Council in Lusaka.

The Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby has announced the shortlist for this year’s Michael Ramsey Prize for theological writing. Launched in 2005, Launched in 2005, the prize is awarded every three years in celebration of “the most promising contemporary theological writing from the global Church.”
