President of Nigeria visits Lambeth Palace

The President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, has today made a visit to Lambeth Palace, the London home of the Archbishop of Canterbury, where he met Archbishop Justin; the secretary general of the Anglican Communion, Dr Josiah Idowu-Fearon; and the Bishop of Guildford, Andrew Watson.

Archbishop of Canterbury's Chaplain to be new Bishop of Dorking

The Archbishop of Canterbury’s chaplain, the Revd Canon Dr Jo Wells, is to become the next Bishop of Dorking in the Church of England’s Guildford Diocese. Dr Wells will assist the Rt Revd Andrew Watson in leading the diocese, and will have a particular responsibility for nurturing nurture vocations and working with the many schools and colleges in the diocese.
